1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed

2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the platform

3. Your contact information (name, email, phone)

4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized

5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

Submit notices via the Communications Link page or by email to the designated IP agent. Upon receipt, Level X Entertainment will:
• Review the claim
• Remove or disable access to the infringing material if validated
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Offer a counter-notice process in accordance with applicable law

Repeat infringement may result in permanent account termination and loss of access to platform resources.

🛡️ SUBMISSION TERMS & RIGHTS DISCLOSURE

By submitting music, name, likeness, or associated content (“Content”) to XXYFI, you grant XXYFI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to receive, review, host, display, publish, reproduce, archive, and promote your Content across XXYFI’s public and private platform spaces, including but not limited to live review sessions, The Vault, Artist Realms, Signal Drops, editorial features, promotional materials, and other XXYFI programming or communications.

This license is granted solely for the purposes of operating, developing, promoting, and presenting the XXYFI platform, its programming, and its associated properties.

PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

By submitting Content, you authorize XXYFI to use the submitted Content, together with the submitting artist’s name, professional name, likeness, approved biographical information, artwork, and related promotional materials, for purposes of identifying, featuring, promoting, and publicizing the Content and its appearance within the XXYFI ecosystem.

XXYFI may create promotional excerpts, clips, previews, editorial materials, or other promotional uses of submitted Content as reasonably necessary to promote XXYFI, its programming, or the Content’s inclusion within the platform.

XXYFI does not acquire ownership of submitted Content or the underlying intellectual property solely by virtue of submission.

SYNC LICENSING REPRESENTATION

By submitting music, you authorize XXYFI, on a non-exclusive basis, to represent eligible Content for potential synchronization licensing opportunities.

This authorization permits XXYFI to identify, present, pitch, facilitate, negotiate, and/or administer potential licensing opportunities involving the Content on behalf of the applicable rights holder.

Potential synchronization opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

• Film and television

• Advertising and commercials

• Video games

• Digital media

• Branded entertainment

• Trailers and promotional content

• Other audiovisual productions

XXYFI may communicate with prospective licensees, music supervisors, production companies, agencies, brands, platforms, distributors, and other authorized parties regarding potential uses of the Content.

Submission does not guarantee that Content will be selected, represented, pitched, licensed, placed, or otherwise utilized in a synchronization opportunity.

SYNC LICENSING & REVENUE SHARE

Any synchronization licensing opportunity pursued through XXYFI will be subject to the applicable rights, permissions, and terms governing that particular opportunity.

Revenue share, commissions, fees, and other compensation payable to XXYFI and the applicable rights holder will be determined on a transaction-by-transaction basis and documented in the applicable licensing, representation, or other written agreement.

No universal revenue split or compensation percentage is established by these Submission Terms.

No synchronization license is granted to a third party solely through submission to XXYFI. Any authorized third-party use of the Content will be subject to the applicable license or other written agreement.

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

Submission of Content does not constitute a sale, assignment, or transfer of ownership of the Content or its underlying intellectual property to XXYFI.

The submitting party represents that they own or control, or are otherwise authorized to grant the rights described in these Submission Terms, including any rights necessary for XXYFI to review, display, promote, and represent the Content for potential licensing opportunities.

Where multiple parties own or control rights in the Content, the submitting party is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, approvals, and clearances from those parties.

CONTENT DISCRETION

Submission does not guarantee placement, review, promotion, representation, sync consideration, licensing, or revenue.

XXYFI retains full discretion to accept, reject, feature, modify, limit, demonetize, or remove Content from its platform or programming based on aesthetic, cultural, ethical, technical, legal, or policy considerations.

All submitted Content must consist of original, human-created works or works for which the submitting party has obtained and maintains all necessary rights, permissions, and clearances.

Unoriginal AI-generated music is prohibited.

Producer Licensing & Fulfillment
The platform hosts and sells non-exclusive track licenses as downloadable products. Producers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings, ownership rights, and the fulfillment of any additional materials or rights, including stems, exclusive licenses, or custom terms. The platform facilitates the transaction but does not manage, guarantee, or deliver any assets or rights beyond the non-exclusive download provided.

By submitting Content, you affirm:
• You own or control all rights
• All third-party splits and clearances are secured
• All collaborators are compensated directly by you

XXYFI, its hosts, and affiliates bear no liability for third-party disputes.

⚖️ GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and all associated interactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. All disputes, claims, or controversies arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
