Each download grants a personal, non-exclusive license for creative output only.
This license does NOT include:

🛡️ SUBMISSION TERMS & MONETIZATION DISCLOSURE
By submitting music, name, likeness, or associated content (“Content”), you grant XXYFI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, review, archive, and promote your Content across public and private platform spaces, including live review sessions, The Vault, Artist Realms, and Signal Drops.
Tracks featured in Signal Drops and Artist Realms may be sold directly via XXYFI.com.
Pricing (subject to change):
• $10.00 per single
Revenue Split:
• 90% Artist
• 10% XXYFI service fee
Processing Fees absorbed by XXYFI
Payouts:
• Issued quarterly (every 90 days)
• $10 minimum threshold required
Submissions do not guarantee placement, review, or promotion.
XXYFI retains full discretion to accept, reject, modify, demonetize, or remove Content for aesthetic, cultural, ethical, or policy alignment.
All submissions must be original, human-created works.
AI-generated or AI-assisted music is prohibited.

By submitting Content, you affirm:
• You own or control all rights
• All third-party splits and clearances are secured
• All collaborators are compensated directly by you
XXYFI, its hosts, and affiliates bear no liability for third-party disputes.
