You may not use the brand name “Freq.7” "XXYFI" "Earn Your Stripes", "Stripe Earned", "Stripe Board", DXXYNR" or its symbols for your own products, broadcasts, or events.

🔒 LIMITED LICENSE
Each download grants you personal non-exclusive use of the files for your own creative output. That license does not include resale, transfer, or redistribution in packs, kits, sample libraries, or collections.
Merchandise and apparel are for personal wear only. Unauthorized resale is prohibited and considered dilution of code.
🛡 SUBMISSION TERMS AND MONETIZATION DISCLOSURE
By submitting music, name, likeness, or associated content ("Content") to this site, you grant the site operator (Level X Entertainment) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, review, and archive your Content within the public and private areas of the platform. This includes—but is not limited to — live review sessions, The Vault archive, and XXYFI Radio.
Tracks featured on XXYFI Radio are eligible for direct sale through XXYFI.com.

Payment Processing: Wix Payments retains 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

Payouts are issued quarterly to the payment method on file
Example Calculation:
$2.00 sale – ($0.30 + $0.058) processing – $0.142 XXYFI fee = $1.50 to Artist (approx.)
By submitting their music to XXYFI.com and its affiliated hosts, artists agree to:

Authorize XXYFI to sell the submitted track(s) for the set price on XXYFI.com

Grant XXYFI and its hosts a non-exclusive license to distribute, sell, and promote the track(s) for the duration of participation on XXYFI Radio

Accept the revenue split, processing fees, and payout schedule stated above

Provide a master-quality audio file suitable for public sale

Ensure that all submissions are original, human-created works — no AI-generated or AI-assisted music
⚠️ Payouts unlock at $10 minimum earned. Until then, your funds stay queued and protected.
Submissions do not guarantee placement, review, or promotion. Level X Entertainment retains full discretion to accept, reject, remove, or modify any submitted Content at any time for any reason, including aesthetic, cultural, or ethical alignment.
By submitting, you affirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized agent of the submitted Content and that you hold all necessary rights to grant the permissions outlined above.
📡 Artists Responsibility
By uploading or submitting a record to XXYFI, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
🛑 All third-party rights, splits, and clearances are your responsibility.
🎛️ Any co-creators (producers, writers, sample owners, etc.) involved in the submitted work must be compensated directly by you.
⚖️ If any disputes arise concerning authorship or compensation, you bear full legal responsibility.
📝 Submission to this platform constitutes irrevocable acknowledgment that:
