XXYFI is authorized to facilitate licensing and clearance for the requested tracks and the rights represented or controlled by XXYFI.
XXYFI may coordinate, negotiate, facilitate, and administer licensing requests and related clearance requirements for the requested tracks.
The specific rights granted, permitted use, term, territory, compensation, revenue participation, and other licensing conditions will be established in the applicable license agreement or other written authorization.
Licensee agrees that any use of the requested tracks is subject to written clearance and the applicable licensing terms established by XXYFI and/or the relevant rights holders.
Submission of this request does not itself grant the licensee any rights to use the requested tracks. No rights are granted until the applicable licensing terms have been approved and documented.
