By submitting this request, the licensee acknowledges the following:

  • XXYFI is the exclusive one-stop licensing entity for the requested tracks.

  • XXYFI controls all master and publishing clearance for the duration and territory specified.

  • XXYFI retains the right to license the master and collect applicable sync fees for each track.

  • XXYFI retains 100% of the publishing share.

  • Licensee will not negotiate directly with the artist for these tracks.

  • Licensee understands that all PRO royalties are distributed to the artists and XXYFI according to their ownership shares.
