ESSENTIAL TERMS

​

Exclusive Commercial Rights: Granted upon full payment. The listing is then removed from the public catalog.

Master Ownership: XXYFI retains ownership of its underlying master recordings and pre-recorded vocals. No master ownership is transferred.

​

Included: Mixing and mastering by XXYFI.

​

Synchronization Rights: Not included. Separate written authorization is required.

​

Sample Clearance: Licensee is responsible for required sample clearances unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reservation Terms: XXYCLUSIVE HOLD is a reservation, not a license.

​

No commercial use is permitted during the reservation period.

​

The exclusive license must be paid in full within three months or the reservation expires and the material may return to the public catalog.
